Currently the world border size is 10k x 10k. It is all pregenerated to help reduce lag. We expect this size will be large enough to support a good sized community, based on previous server experiences. If needed, we will expand the world border, and will announce any expansion well in advance.

The server is hosted by a 3rd party hosting company and most of the money to cover the cost of the server comes from donations.

No. There is no way to spend money to advance on the server. Donors get a fancy name color and increased nightvision they can toggle on or off as they wish. We do not sell item packs, experience, flying mode etc.

Once you submit an application, it will take no more than 24 hours to be reviewed. It often takes far less time.

We use a plugin called CoreProtect, that allows us to see every single action performed by players and gives us the ability to undo any of those actions. Restricting access to the server via an application and whitelist process also helps reduce griefing.

As a general rule, only mods that improve game performance like Optifine or change aesthetics like shaders (no xray) are allowed. Basic map mods and building mods like Litematica are allowed as well. We have a super awesome Nether Hub and organized nether tunnels that allow players to move relatively quickly around the map without teleport. We like it better this way, as there is still the feeling of vanilla Minecraft travel. It also encourages more building and more exploration of the nether. Yes, the minimum age is 18. We have this rule in place to encourage a mature community. We completely understand that there are players under the age of 18 that are mature, but this rule makes it easier for us to manage the community.
